This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of our service agreement with enterprise customers and governs how JiffySEO processes personal data on behalf of our customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy regulations.

Effective Date: December 10, 2025

Definitions

Controller: The entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
Processor: JiffySEO, which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Processing: Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure, dissemination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
Data Subject: The individual to whom personal data relates.

Technical and Organizational Measures

JiffySEO implements and maintains appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data:

International Data Transfers

When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), JiffySEO ensures adequate protection through:

  • • European Commission adequacy decisions
  • • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • • Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) where applicable
  • • Appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law

Personal Data Breach

In the event of a personal data breach, JiffySEO will:

Immediate Notification: Notify the Controller without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach

Detailed Information: Provide all relevant information about the nature, scope, and potential consequences of the breach

Remediation: Take immediate steps to contain and remedy the breach and prevent future occurrences

Termination

Upon termination of the service agreement, JiffySEO will:

  • • Return or securely delete all personal data unless legal obligations require retention
  • • Provide certification of deletion upon request
  • • Ensure sub-processors comply with the same obligations
  • • Maintain confidentiality of all personal data processed
